Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

Do not upload, share or publish content that:

• is unlawful, or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• is defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
• contains malware, malicious links or deceptive material such as phishing pages;
• discloses personal data you have no right to share.

2. Email, messaging and lead capture

• Send email or messages through the Service only to people who have a reasonable expectation of hearing from you, and never buy, scrape or import lists without consent.
• Honor unsubscribe and deletion requests promptly and keep your CRM records accurate.
• Comply with anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, the GDPR and ePrivacy rules).
• Do not misrepresent who you are in digital business cards, public pages, emails or appointment invitations.

3. Security and integrity

• Do not probe, scan or test the Service’s vulnerabilities without written permission, or bypass access controls or rate limits.
• Do not access other workspaces’ data, share credentials, or use another person’s account.
• Do not overload the Service, run automated traffic outside our documented APIs, or interfere with other users.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly to support@kydero.com; we appreciate it and will not pursue good-faith researchers who follow this policy.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, disable features, place an account under review or suspend it for violations. Where practical we notify the account or workspace owner and give a chance to fix the issue; for serious or repeated abuse, or where required by law, we may act immediately. Suspended accounts can contact us to appeal.

5. Reporting abuse

Report abuse or content that violates this policy to support@kydero.com with the relevant link and details.
